How Does Coaching Work?

I listen to what you say, and hear what you don't say. I never drop your dreams, even if you lose sight of them.

Understanding we are all 'creative, resourceful and whole'.

I work flexibly to suit you. You may prefer to meet where you work or at home, or maybe over tea or coffee somewhere else, you can come to me (I am based a few miles east of Nottingham). You may prefer to talk over the phone or skype.
