Coaching
'Focus on You' is a free introductory 60 minute individual coaching session either on the phone/skype or in person if you are local.
This session will give you an idea of how we could work together. I ask you to read my coach/client pledges and suggest spending a short time working through some questions in self-preparation prior to our talk, this is so we can move further in the time we have.
At the end of the first session we will discuss what route/s suit you best.
You have a choice from 'one off' sessions and discount packages. Prices start from £52 per session in a discounted package. With the '3 Session discount' package you can choose from one of 3 options:
Option One - 3 x face to face meetings (approximately 90 minutes per meeting). There is a different rate if I come to you, or you come to me.
Option Two - 3 x telephone (or Skype) sessions of 60 minutes each.
Option Three - the popular 'Mix and Match' - 1 x face to face meeting and 2 x phone sessions as a package.
Email exchanges between meetings are included in the packages both as questions arise and also as 'pre' and 'post' meeting reflections. Intervals between meetings will be at a pace to suit your situation.

It gives an instant feeling of summer smiles (and flares) – and to help keep the world, life and everything in balance for you and in the groove this summer (June to August inclusive) I am offering:
- £50 discount on face to face meeting packages.
- £25 discount on telephone of skype packages, again booked over the summer.
Group Packages - Facilitated group sessions are charged based around what you seek and what suits your situation, along with session/s length and location.
External Funding - In some circumstances my costs may be covered by funding available through a third party. I am also a mentor with Nottinghamshire Business Venture and the East Midlands School For Social Entrepreneurs, and an approved supplier with Business Link.
